Richard has been practicing law for 35 years and holds an MBA. He created six companies, acts as outside counsel to 30+ clients, including Cogent, and has been an advisor to more than 1,000 startups and early-stage entrepreneurs.
Richard provides his clients with a thorough understanding of the increasingly complex intersection of law and business, with a focus on both the corporate and legal perspectives. His clients have been from every state in the U.S. and more than 20 countries including the U.S., Canada, the U.K., the EU, the Middle East, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, India, Africa, and other nations.
